该双施密特触发器逆变器设计用于1.65V至5.5V VCC操作。 NanoFree封装技术是使用芯片作为封装的IC封装概念的一项重大突破。 SN74LVC2G14设备包含两个逆变器,并执行布尔函数Y =A。该设备充当两个独立的逆变器,但是由于施密特的作用,对于正向(VT +)和负向(VT– )信号。 该器件完全指定用于使用Ioff的部分掉电应用。 Ioff电路禁用输出,以防止在断电时损坏流过器件的电流。
